Alzheimer’s Disease is a neurological condition in which the death of brain cells causes a decline in thinking skills and memory.
There is currently no cure for Alzheimer' Disease.
Common symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease include memory loss, language problems, and impulsive or unpredictable behavior. One of the main features of the condition is the presence of plaques and tangles in the brain. Another feature is a loss of connection between the nerve cells, or neurons, in the brain. These features mean that information cannot pass easily between different areas of the brain or between the brain and the muscles or organs.

Do not ask me to remember, don't try to make me understand
Let me rest and know you're with me kiss my cheek and hold my hand.
I'm confused beyond your concept I'm sad, sick, and lost
All I know is that I need you to be with me at all costs.
Do not lose your patience with me do not scold or curse or cry
I can't help the way I'm acting I can't be different thought I try
Just remember that I need you that the best of me is gone.
Please don't fail to stand beside me love me till my life is gone.
